And I know what it takes to find your footing again—even when everything feels uncertain.

I've been where you are. I've felt the weight of overwhelm, the frustration of knowing what to do but not being able to make yourself do it, and the exhaustion that comes from trying to hold it all together when your brain just won't cooperate.
My journey has been about growth through neurodivergence—learning to work WITH my brain instead of fighting against it. I've built income streams while managing the chaos of work-from-home parenting (diapers, naps, school schedules, and a brain that wouldn't always cooperate). I've experienced the freeze. The overwhelm. The "I know what to do but I can't make myself do it."
What I learned changed everything: you don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to become steady enough to take the next step. And sometimes, that means finding WHERE you're stuck and WHY—so you can actually move forward.
That's when I started combining practical support—the real-world stuff like building income, managing daily tasks, and making decisions—with emotional awareness work. Because I realized that no amount of good advice helps if you're frozen in overwhelm, past failures, or fear.
Because I believe that people in transition deserve more than generic advice and empty encouragement.
You deserve someone who understands that rebuilding isn't linear. Someone who knows that "just take action" doesn't work when your nervous system is overwhelmed. Someone who gets that you need both practical steps and the capacity to take them.
I do this work because I know what it's like to feel stuck—and I know what it takes to become unstuck.
My approach isn't about fixing you or pushing you to do more. It's about helping you find steadiness in the middle of uncertainty. It's about building the capacity to move forward, one real step at a time.
I'm a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT), certified Life Coach, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner with over a decade of personal experience using these tools. I'm also a Reiki Master Practitioner, which deepened my understanding of how the body holds stress and blocks.
My RADT certification qualifies me to work in addiction and mental health facilities. I'm also currently pursuing my Addiction and Drug Counselor degree—not just because of substance use, but because I've come to understand how addictive behaviors show up in everyday life. Endless scrolling, video games, binge-watching—these aren't just bad habits. For many people in overwhelm, they become the only way to escape a brain that won't stop. And then they can't stop doing those things either. Understanding that cycle is central to the work I do.
But here's what really qualifies me: I've lived this. I've built income streams while managing the chaos of work-from-home parenting—diapers, naps, school schedules, and a brain that wouldn't cooperate. I've experienced the freeze. The overwhelm. The "I know what to do but I can't make myself do it."
That's why I don't just give you a to-do list and expect you to magically execute it. I help you find WHERE you're getting stuck, WHY it's happening, and how to clear the block so you can actually move forward.
I'm not a therapist, counselor, or medical professional. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. What I DO is help you identify practical blocks and use proven techniques (EFT, awareness work, habit-building) to move through them—while you continue any therapy or medication you're already using.
You don't need to have it all figured out. Progress happens one step at a time, and that's enough.
Your nervous system matters. If you're too overwhelmed to act, the problem isn't your willpower—it's your capacity.
Rebuilding isn't linear. Some days you'll move forward. Some days you'll rest. Both are part of the process.
You don't have to do this alone. Support isn't a sign of weakness—it's a sign of wisdom.
Let's talk about where you are and what you need. No pressure, no judgment—just a real conversation about what's possible.
